I agree, but I still find it strange that he has taken care of this yet after a few weeks with some of the shells.

I do see what you are saying about the form 4, but I definitely don't think that's the case.

"The Reporting Person acquired the subject shares of common stock in connection with the reported SEC Filings of Voip, Inc.., The transaction was consummated on APRIL 3, 2009 and no funds or financing were used in connection with the transaction."

Another thing is that the for 4/A seems to be in err. It states that the amount of shares beneficially owned are "$63380000", when there are 6383000 issued. What's that?
