A company has agreed to file the 211 to get the spinoff on the bulletin board. I don't know how much longer it will be or what the ticker symbol is going to be yet. Could be a week, could be three or four weeks. Will not disclose the company bringing the filing.
The company (I-6) will have to go into a quiet period probably beginning now. I don't have any information on the company's financials, deals in the works, or anything not involving the future of the trading of the stock.
Information will be posted on the progress as it comes in. Right now no news on the trading of the stock means there is NO news.
If you need to try to buy or sell, it can trade by cusip number if you can find a market and a brokerage firm that doesn't get annoyed by the grey sheets.
