No need to feel bad for Jimmy. He gets three squares a day, a little exercise (take advantage of the track, Jimbo), free healthcare and an opportunity to go back to school and get his GED. Half of the people on planet earth would kill for this.
And this gives him 8 years and one month to work on his autobiography and plan his next adventure. Think of it as eight years and a month at the beach without the sand or ocean. No phones, no payroll to make, no deadlines, tons of bologna, white bread and yellow mustard packets. A culinary delight? I think not. But I doubt he gets sent to a medium security prison. I'll bet he even works on his squash game before he gets out.
We've not heard the last from this weasel. He'll be back as the new and improved James E. Plant when this is all over.
