It is illogical for the Company to be run the way it has run itself over the past year. Making statements with NO follow thru. Saying it is Intended to be a PRODUCING MINE in 2008.
Guaranteeing its shareholders in early November 2008 it is filing the requisite paperwork to be a Reporting Company. Stating in early January 2009 that the Company would be dual listed in Europe in January 2009 and YET nothing? The Company has made reference to a Corporate Website going live 24 times since 12/17/07 Yet nothing? On 2/05/09 the Company was to announce the paydate from Molly Dividends, BUT NO PRESS RELEASE, The Company waited half a fortnight til 2/12/09 to Update the Shareholders and Then Blamed [3rd partys] ie:Transfer Agent for NOT getting it done. However, on 3/13/09 the Company Stated it was still in {Advanced Discussions} with the Buyer of Molygold on how best TOO RESTRICT THE SHARES. So in actuallity it WAS NEVER the T/A's fault, it Was HGLC playing the GAMES again!!!

Look for a Press Release late today or tomorrow, declaring a massive R/S of 10,000 to 1 share. Next week, a paydate for Molygold and then a merger with a US quoted Company trading at 12.50 a share or abouts..

Why would HGLC do R/S?

WHY?? Because thats how the SHELL SCAM works! Previous post said it EXACTLY right. When this MASSIVE reverse split happens, there will be a VERY VERY VERY short amount of time to sell your shares. Only a few (LUMB and Co.) will come out a winner on this one, the rest of us MIGHT escape with just commision fees.

THAT IS OF COURSE, if our shares are not restricted. If they are, we're f*ed. Nothing we can do about it. The stock will rise, LUMB will get out, PPS starts to drop with the help of this NEW company DRIVING the PPS into the ground... NEW company releases tons of GOOD PR's to get new buyers just like you/me with HGLC, and guess what - the game has already started over under our eyes...

It's a scam. HGLC is doing EXACTLY what it is supposed to be doing now. We will not have another PR with in between news. No info on a website that was never going to get done anyway. No new info on status of drilling. No new stock dividend info. Not even new excuses.

The next PR will state this company will merge, and a MASSIVE reverse split will occur. That's exactly how it works at the point we're at. Bookmark this post - I'm telling you... scam scam scam!

Why would HGLC do R/S?

Because it has a ridiculous amount of stock outstanding, obviously.

What benefit would it do to the company since its has Trillion- A/S and its O/S is no way close to A/S?

Huh? They can change the a/s at any time.
