Any legitimate small business would have a plan to improve its position for its management and shareholders. Being an optimist and giving HGLC the benefit of the doubt I would like to see their success. This thought may be nothing more than wishful thinking, especially if HGLC cannot provide the information needed by Pink Sheets to remove their "Caveat Emptor" dire warning.
