same management - ENCS was at one time supposed to be one of MODC's portfolio companies but just drop off the MODC PR screen. Sme with GenH. BOVD (another Welch company) still uses their old address but that is now bogus.

Read the posts. The address is a UPS Mail drop. It is not a physical office, residence or building.
