#20202 RE: stockseekerok #20200

Ssok,

Good morning too you as well. The Lumbanites are being used at every turn. The poster putting out these emails from Saner is being Used and the Posters speaking directly too Lumb are being used..............

In keeping with previous mode of operation. The Company must
do the massive reverse split, this MUST be accomplished PRIOR to the Molygold Dividend. This will allow the Company to raise the PPS to a rediculous amount and have the effective of reducing the Actual pay out of the dividend.

IMO and as a So called Prophecy maker. The following will happen next week. 1/Massive Reverse split of 7,000 to 1 share. 2/ The Molygold Dividend paydate will be announced for ANY SHAREHOLDER OF RECORD>{meaning You did NOT have to Own Shares at the Time Moly Sale.} This will do two things, It will cause the shareholders to NOT sell there shares and also to bring New Sheeple in and thus keeping the PPS somewhat stable 3/ With in 1-3 weeks of the Dividend being {paid}. The Company will merge with a MUCH higher PPS Company thus making your shares WORTHLESS..HGLC will be but a memory on or before June 1st 2009./

Ssok,

to follow up on the Caveat Emptor being placed inregards to HGLC.

There are 3 categories of stocks that can and do trade on the pink sheet platform. HGLC falls under #1 below.

1)True pink sheet: These are stocks that have supplied very limited info on their company and found one market maker to quote their stock per pink sheet rules.
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/otcguide/issuers_getquoted.jsp
These stocks have never registered shares under SECTION 12 with the SEC and therefore are not required to file any SEC reports.

2)Non-Compliant Reporting Companies: These are companies that have registered shares under Section 12 with the SEC(example: our SB-2 filings) and are obligated to file reports. They have been removed from whatever exchange they were on because those exchanges require a company to be current with filings, therefore they trade on pinks. These companies are NOT relieved of their obligation to report to the SEC.

3)Same as above but they filed a Form 15 which exempts them from having to report to the SEC. They now are the same as #1, a true pink. These were SEC reporting companies that met the exemption criteria and decided they no longer wanted to report or sell stock to the public.

IMO, Hunt Gold Corporation is under investigation. I base this observation on the fact of the REASONS listed by Pinksheets.com see below.

Questionable Promotion — The security is being promoted to the public, but adequate current information about the issuer has not been made available to the public. {THIS IS A NON ISSUE FOR THIS PARTICULAR TYPE OF TRUE PINKSHEET STOCK, NO FINANCIALS ETC ARE REQUIRED}.
Spam — The security is the subject of spam promotion having the effect of encouraging trading of the issuer's securities.{THIS COULD BE A REASON?? HOWEVER, I HAVE {NEVER} BEEN SPAMMED BY ANY EMAILS ETC FOR HGLC< AND I BELONG TO EVERY PENNY WANNA BE SITE THAT IS AVAILABLE}}

THAT OFCOURSE LEAVES THE BELOW. AND WELL, TWO PRIOR SHELLS FOR HGLC< REDICULOUS REVERSE SPLITS AND THEN NOT A FEW MONTHS LATER MASSIVE FORWARD SPLITS< CLEAR DECEPTIVE ACTIONS OF ISSUE PRESS RELEASE OF DECEPTION. JUST A MATTER OF TIME./

Investigation of Fraud — There is a known investigation of fraudulent activity involving the company, its securities or insiders.
Suspension/Halt — A Regulatory Authority has halted or suspended trading for public interest concerns (i.e. not a news or earning halt).
Disruptive Corporate Actions — The security or issuer is the subject of corporate actions, such as {{reverse mergers}} or {{{serial stocks splits and name changes}}}, without adequate current information being publicly available.
Unsolicited Quotes — The security has only been quoted on an unsolicited basis since it entered the public markets and the issuer has not made adequate current information available to the public.
Other Public Interest Concern — There is, in Pink OTC Markets' view, a public interest concern.
