I don't have to prove anything to anyone. There are those who know who I am on ihub and my experience within the OTC, and others who do not. There is no need to make this argument about me, keep it on topic. Remember, the topic is whether or not the $12M, convertible PIPE financing is going to be good for common shareholders. The company has already made several filings that set the stage for a R/S and millions of shares being issued to satisfy the convertible warrants.

If you can't see that common shareholders are about to get bent over and rammed fairly heavily then hold it long and enjoy the love your given by the Reg D 504 financiers. I would venture to bet over half the people posting on this board are paid promoters hired by the 504 group to pump the stock. I've seen it over and over, last one was UVSE.

See, not always are "bashers" the villains they are made out to be. I have the member marks and posting history to back up my experience and knowledge. What about you? You have 0 member marks and recently appeared on Ihub with the only stock talked about being GNTA. Maybe you could be a paid "pumper"??
