livefree,
You are not seeing the bigger picture. Neom is working "through" their competitors. They are letting those folks do the heavy lifting while they continue to focus on building the infrastructure (JMO). There is simply far too great a task at hand, and IMO there is no single company on this planet that could possibly build this ecosystem alone. The word "ecosystem" in and of itself is indicative of an industry (or industries) working together for the benefit of the whole.
Why isn't Neom delivering us much detail?? IMO due to NDA agreements and possibly because there is too much at stake to release important details that might compromise their leadership position, and the position of their alliances who may be in the process of building substantial applications.
As for Scanbuy, I have not personally met Jonathan. However, I have heard information about him. I have no idea if this information is accurate, therefore I prefer to withhold comment. However, let me say that Jonathan carries a fairly impressive background and IMO should he choose to work in tandem with Neom (toward common goals) I feel he, and Scanbuy, will add significant value to Neom's objectives.
I remain optimistic about the prospect of a settlement between the two companies and look forward to good news ahead.
Best,
Be Confident
