The vogue thing for young companies is to be 'private' in the last ecomomic environment. At the dawn of a new environment for publicly traded companies and the fact that Jared initially went the public direction, survived and now has leverage, he may just feel it time to ride the uptick of this new economy for a while. The new VP can be said to support that to a degree. His product plays right into this new environment as well. The question is. Is this Enzyme business a passion of his? I think it is. Or is he a take the money and on to the next 'form and sell a business' venture. I believe it will be in between as a merge of some type. IMHO GL EESO investors
