for one we have no idea what this initial buyout amount is for! so lets just guess - always 2 sides to a story right?
say this company offered jared 3 cents a share- thats 60 million - why would he accept it - its rediculous - but he prs it to get the competiton heated up - so no offence but by saying if he doesnt take this offer were gonna be hurting is wrong imo

Why we are at the same price before the LOI was announced why would anyone need to be hurting? If he turns down a for example 10 cents offers why should we be hurting. It means someone want to pay 10 cents and they will be back with a better offer I am sure. Only a flipper needs to worry how the market moves on first glance.
