It all depends on how they get issued, and who they get issued to. Could be good, could be bad. For instance, if a deal is seen to benefit the company in some way (perhaps using the shares to acquire some technology that will strengthen Wellstone's position), then that will be good. If, for instance, they issue some shares to buy a local Starbuck's franchise, well, that might not be so good (or maybe it would be :-)).
I'd just like to have another token of positive news to keep me going.
