If I were in Jonathan's shoes "I" (literally..."me") would have acted in the identical manner as Jonathan to work my code into the CTIA whitepaper as a standard. He knew what he was doing. Powerful and smart move on his part.

I also contend that it is simply "good business" to fight for your position in a field that has so much unmarked terrain. Let's not forget, Scanbuy has shareholders also. They want results.

Claw, all of what I am saying could be wrong, but I simply do not think so. Frankly, the only factor that might cause me any uncertainty was Mobile Discovery's partnership with Scanbuy and then subsequent partnership between Mobile Disc. and NeoMedia; but even that can be explained.

Hopefully we get a window into this today in NY.
