Good post.... The difference is, Eric would not be pumping a $1.00 buyout or unrealistic sales goals like others...

He would just be doing what he is NOW, but to a larger audience.. THATS IT

And maybe a nice company profile (prospectus) that summarizes all the amazing events they have going for them... They can put this in a "investor packet" and send it out to "interested" parties. An IR firm would handle all this for them

Big board stocks sent out prospectus ALL THE TIME and many of them dont have one dollar in revenue while maintaining a $100,000,000+ market cap... While we are in some of the largest retailers and too shy to get the word out.
