You still haven't answered my question - What's your point? It's obvious to me that you don't understand a standard Promissory Note's wording. Is it that you would expect, based on the Note's wording, that Magnum would have to repay a $15 million loan if they haven't received the full $15 million??? Like I said, what's your point?
