Well, it is ISE again this morning. He undercuts the ask alsmost at every switch. He has been as much as .01 below the next MM several times this morning. Not sure why but that is why it is being driven down IMO.

yeah i think thats why be bounced so quickly to .14

.12 bid i'm hoping will act as support. Seemed to me that there was lots of buyers at .12

if we close above .15 that would make for a decent chart so far.
