I see multiple lawsuits in Aero's future.

Even more than the four current lawsuits.

Aero will not be able to make debt settlements with all of them ... just too many and for too much.

All these *issues* derail any attempts to raise money or interest in the stock for the Stock Offering required to purchase Jones.
IF .. there is an Investment Banker involved ... he must be shaking his head wondering how he got involved with such a debt ridden, money losing, legally challenged company.
