Hey Bjack,

Thanks for the head's up for I don't check CBOE, just CME in the morning and as you know there was an R4 on Mar31. I went back to all R3 to the beginning of the year and the next day was mostly an up day then followed by the down draft. However, what you said about
"R3' don't work at all in an up trend" might carry some weights. But are we in a bear or bull market...I think we are still in a bear market and the recent run up for banks was 30-40% and I think that should be it in a bear market.
