the best thing to do is to look at the otcbb daily list. it will have all the symbol changes and uplists, etc.

worth bookmarking if you play pinkies that (may or may not) uplist, or reverse merger stocks that (eventually) change the symbol, etc.

Daily List is updated every business day, after the close.

There may be some formal notification to the company, but on at least occasion (CHAG.PK-->CHAG.OB) in my own experience the company had no clue the change had finally occurred until an iHub Poster who checked the Daily List told them it had!
