#3364 RE: clearcoated #3363

Insiders used to own 51% of shares. How do you think they managed to raise the AS? I'm guessing they are back at owning 50% of the company. They do not have to file Form 4 as neither of them would own more than 10% of the shares. I know, my thinking is a long shot. Somehow in the filing they declare less than 1% of ownership as of December 31st, then again admit adding 32 million shares AFTERWARDS. Please count the total volume since January 1st; I come up with roughly 20 million, some of it was obviously not dilution.
Don't you find it peculiar that after having a record year the tone of the filing is overly negative? Why don't they release some tidbits, some good news just to prop up the price, so there would be less dilution? Shareholder meeting should be coming up this summer, don't you think that with less than 1% ownership their arses would be out? I think bigger things are happening behind the scenes, I think they are back at owning half of the company, and I think we'll start moving up soon. I have no proof, it just looks suspicious. Keep your eyes peeled.
