OK, let me put it in a different perspective. You own Shelby Super Cars. Nice, right! You are about to produce the fastest production car period. Just happens to be electric. You need $10M just to get things started. So, you hire a finance company (Sheffield International) to get you started. They go out to private investor groups, rich people. But alas, bad ecomomy. Nobody wants to invest. Oh my, what to do. One of the advisors of Sheffield (Kelly T. Hickel by name) says a friend of mine has a company we can reverse merge with and go public. Only 10M shares in the company with 100's of millions available to sell. My friends name is Chris Messalas. He assures me that after the merger news his shares will be worth dollars. We can sell 20-50M and raise all the capital we need. Shall I go ahead with the deal?
