Seeker, they could just take the same amount of o/s for everybody no matter when you will convert. Say for example they now have 100 million o/s so everybody can convert up to 10%.
They probably won't adjust the o/s for later converters.
My point is that now we are to assume they will give us 10%? They will never do this since we could very easily figure out the share count. It doesn't take rocket science since most here know how to add or subtract.
Until they give us some meat, they have in essence locked up all investors until further notice. 2010 keeps ringing in my ears for some reason! Wonder why?
