Here is an e-mail. We have no control on the audit process. We rely upon progress reports on the
auditing process from cavico management and the auditors. The annual report is the most
complicated audit and requires extensive effort from the auditing team based in san
francisco and the team on the ground in vietnam. The second allows a 15 day extension
with no regulator penalty. The auditors made the call on delaying the filing. Cavico
management is committed to compying with all regulatory timelines.
