Yes, I read it. How do you figure they own less than 1% of shares? That was as of December 31, 2008. Since, they issued 32 million shares. The volume does not add up to 32 million being sold to the market. I was guessing that the OS was around 20 million. Now we know it's over 40 million. I'm guessing that the board bought the other 20 million. Somehow they conveniently omit the share structure right now...
