Hi Randy,

I've been saying for a long time that CDCH is not a short term play. That said, I also didn't think it would take 1-2 years to get the JV done. But like I said over the last couple of months, the prices under .015 where a steal. Quite a few took advantage of prices as low as .008, not more than one month ago. That's a 3 bagger for them, and I still say anything down here all the way up to .25 or so will be considered a bargain if and when the JV is completed. CDCH is dirt cheap.
