good read, organic is always best along with rich healthy soil that is replentished with natural healthy soil food that can feed plants in an all natural way, and good for us too.
arizona, it amazes me sometimes to see the fruit and vegetables in the store that claim to be organic.. i think they changed the definition of organic so they can market more under that term...
i see green peppers that are huge.. its like theyre on steroids... but they taste blah often times.. just like the huge strawberries in the stores that are more white pulp on the inside than they are red and juicy throughout...
