Solomon has already been totally subsumed by Technipower - the name change just formalizes that position. Technipower is clearly the main (possibly only) profit-making part of the business and whilst its sale might conceivably wipe out most of the debt of the existing company there would be no viable business left. I cannot see such a sell-off doing anything other than hastening the end of Solomon.
