If i may interject before Mikey gives his answer, I think that the only thing keeping this company from soaring is the O/S. If they initiate a buyback program that were to begin now & last for next few months, it would launch the pps. All the signs for greatness are there except for the share structure.

They can repurchase 1 billion shares for $500k at the current price. I hope, pray, & even beg for management to do it.

I have no proof that the conversions have been completed, but they have to be close. They may have reached an agreement with the remaining note holders to be allowed to repurchase shares to retire the CD without having to once again increase the A/S, which in itself is a huge accomplishment. They could also have completed the conversions and continued reducing the A/S with buy backs, evidence points to something definitely going on behind the scenes. The next 6-7 weeks should be interesting as the 2008 10K is due today or tomorrow and 1st quarter 10Q for 2009 comes out mid May and should provide all the information we need to know. Plus now we have acquisitions to add to the cards, things can get real interesting in here real quick in the next 2 months.
