The name change has already happened from a business standpoint. Greg, the CEO of Ligatt, received the paperwork back for it from the Secretary of State of California and forwarded it to the Nasdaq. We are simply waiting for them to put it into effect in their system with the new symbol.
So yes, the name change from Intelligent Sports to Ligatt Security International has been approved.
