Cray is debt free...so unless they lose $100 million a quarter for the next year straight I wouldn't be too worried about them going out of business...I see this as a buying opportunity even though it might seem speculative...

So it will be complete in the next several months and NASA gets to make payments over the next three years on it? Is that the way it normally works?

I would not consider the 4 advance orders for the Red Storm product a "theory".
