The share price was fixed at the time the debentures were purchased. It is my understanding that they last available to puchase in FEB 2000. I'm assuming that all have been converted by now. As to where they figure in the # of outstanding shares I do not know. Can someone else answer this because I'm curious about that as well. We got the shares under what the market was trading at but that is only fair in that we had to agree to hold for a year. SH
