I have no idea but my opinon is it doesn't really matter. You know there are always buyers down to the bottom. Just look at SPZI. There have been buyers down to 0.0001 and look now. So basically it probably doesn't matter in any way.
The fact that they are selling these amount of shares at these levels is far more "interesting" than that there are buyers.
