The main point I was trying to make is that the dilution isn't dependent on/controlled by a reverse. The only thing that matters is whether there is a BID for the shares.
(It's too much trouble to wade through the filings to try to figure out the outstanding share counts -- especially since it's a rapidly moving target.)
