TRUE...TRUE...TRUE... Have been trying to sell some of my remaining worthless shares at .0001 ...no takers for scam-boy's big worthless holding co. ... That last pr from ceo-cast said 35 million in assets... Where's Hack-off? ...GONE!!!...He stole that as Wells Fargo closes in on forcing BK...imo ... Will he be charged with Securities Fraud too? ...

China trip IMO was a conflict of interest for Dede...it's easy for her to explain because she is an assembly person. But, it's just the mere fact her brother/sister connection and she holds preferreds in a company that her brother leads that has collectively lost every common shareholders money is a bit of a conflict of interest. He even PR'd he was going over there and there they are the 2 of them mugging for the cameras in Nanjing. It smacks of a conflict of interest and I am thinking it might need to be investigated when shareholders have lost everything they invested. It just looks real fishy too me. That really could be a problem for her down the road because common shareholders are not going anywhere and any remote possibility of using ones office for personal gain whether that occurred or not is a conflict of interest in my opinion. It's the mere fact they were on the same trip that disturbs the hell out of me and the visual of it after what we financially lost on the common side.
