utilizing NL carryforwards is normal..a great qtr..zagg isn't about 08 but huge growth in 09..expecting to double net income in 09 slap any multiple on 20c net and its going higher..anything that grows at this clip will sell at a 25+ multiple

They also received $448K of a similar tax benefit in 2007. I do not see anything wrong with this tax income.
