You have nothing to base that on. I, on the other hand, have an eleven year history of his repetitious maneuvers that prove anything he does is not sustainable.
Barton PK makes him money and like GRSR, he tricks people into getting him common shares that he can and does sell, for personal gain. There is no way to track the common shares he has sold, but if you read the links I posted, what I have said is proven.
You will need to be very nimble to beat PK to the pot at the end of the rainbow. With no cash and no revenues, Cephas is between a rock and hard place, with two trials in the works with attorney fees etc etc.
When/if any games arrive, there are several people in line for the gross profits. I can even see Ludlow Capital starting a case for non payment AFTER revenues come. They got stiffed and I don't think their little post on the site is the end of that story.
Remember that I predicted that PK would stiff Ludlow and like a swiss watch, he repeated his M.O. once again.
