If you are truly curious, find the addy out and then find out the neighbors of the building (easy to find with google) and phone them and ask. Best and most reliable way as they tend to have no vested interest, "the counter lady at Sams deli" or whatever it may be nearby will know exactly what has gone on or not.
That address is just off my commute to the office. I will swing by there and see if there is any construction in that area or at that address. Will post in the morning on what I see. If for no other reason, I'm curious.
