>>Quite frankly jared's excuse for gagging the TA is complete and utter BS plain and simple<<

Please tell us how you know this.

whistles, to answer your question I will say this:

The Authorized share count is 2 Billion

The outstanding share count is very close to the authorized share count if we include the last 300 million restricted shares put out by EESO.

The float, has never really been revealed to the shareholders by the transfer agent ( not the new TA, nor the old TA)...

This being said..what difference does it make if the TA is gagged? IF the TA never gave out the float anyways when he wasn't gagged?

thank you

I don't know when the TA was gagged; but what caught my attention was the day on which the volume was 111 million (about 9 to 10 times the 10 day Average), the PPS goes up 53% at its highest point, and then it falls back close to its AM trading level...

Samething happened when the PPS shot up to 0.05, with close to 300 million volume...

Could it be:

1)profit taking by some longs, who got in at 000s
2)Flipping
3)A deep pocket taking a portion of his/her massive holding
4)504 Private Placement (Unlikely, as NO promotion allowed)
5)Eligible Restricted Shares being sold

Any thoughts?
