The 30 cents barrier has historically been rock solid. I was amazed when it broke south through it last time. There's plenty of support at this level and it takes a pretty big prolonged fist fight to get through it. 30 cents has always been one of our base camps, where supplies and extra oxygen tanks abound.

Thus, it's a fine place for accumulation. My guess is we have to get through some shares before we continue the trip north. Otherwise, we're fine in this space, overly fine if we have a little extra cash.
