lfo,i hope you don't mind if i jump in.My feeling about this is we already validated/solitifided this with the pto.Next in the courtroom coming up as we speak/pretrial.Also the big players like google will see the landscape picture change for them dramatically once we get victory/award in are favor through the legal system.Then alot of others will have to pay up also icluding barcode company's/major carriers and google's of the world. glta

I'm not a patent expert. I believe SRM is and could try answering your question.
I can tell you that another wireless patent company, Wi-Lan, has a litigation lawyer as its CEO and is in court all the time currently fighting major corporate infringers despite the fact that such major companies as Westinghouse, Fujitsu, and RIM, and Samsung have signed licensing deals.
NEOM will be in the courts all the time as we receive licensing income from other companies, imho.
