What will happen is this r/s will be approved, everyone will be held with much less shares at a higher pps...then they will begin dilution to fund their operations.
the above is the end of holder's post. this one statement alone is what makes R/S so dangerous in my mind. however, that being said, if we indeed dont need funding at that point, there would be no dilution, thus making the company far more attractive to a suitor and/or investors.
i posted early on that i didnt think this r/s would necessarily be a bad thing. i am thrilled that many of the posters here seem to be of the same sentiment.
correct me if i am wrong here also.... but if my memory serves me right i also have been reading much about the r/s announcement did nothing to the volume.. share price... yadda yadda on friday..... wasnt the news out after hours??? i think so. but, regardless of that the stock stayed and finished strong, and i think if we dont see an uptick on monday we will not see a major sell off.
