There is also one on the same day that was 250 million. Look at both...am i reading this right. Could their be two offers, and they will pick after evaluation? Are there two companies they are buying...

While it is all speculation, I like the numbers in the second form D filing shown for 3/24/09 better.

The first one has, in section 11, a minimum investment of $17.5 million, whereas the second has a minimum of $0. Might I add that the second form there is also to the tune of $2.5 billion total being issued!

EDIT: Too bad they are both for the Rohm and Haas Company :-(
