In order to get the proper financing there may be a slight dilution, which I am sure will not amount to much. This may be the only way the correct financing may be obtainable. I am sure Mr. Licht and Co. will do the right thing for its share holders.

Best I can determine, IHUB holders ALONE now hold at least 3 million of the float, so a few of you must be getting impatient each week, or we are zeroing in on owning the entire float. And you can bet, most of the shareholders are NOT on IHUB, so the float is probably gone, and we just deal with impatient sellers from here on out -- at least until the IHUB 7-8 major holders take out another 500K shares or so. Then, anyone wanting shares will face what looks like a minimum of .45 to just to get in. Chevy, does this sound right to you?
