Not sure but think the if the lees were buying the company they would sign the contract. Think perhaps the Lees have government connection for the reservoir. dont think they own it? So in turn they out source the contract to eeso who is capable of fulfilling the contract. So the lees might pocket 1 or 2 million from the government while having eeso clear the contract. But if Lees buy eeso they can fulfill more government contracts on their own.
This stk is not going to move until we get some details on the offer - we need how someone is evaluating its worth. I think it is holding up good under the conditions. If it moves lower then I am going to get concerned. This talk about co. selling all the other stuff is garage. During the quiet period any co. that does any of this is going to be in trouble with the law.
