Hello Taki. Haven't been back to this board for a while but I happen to agree with you. Low float; clean shell; for me it's a rainy-day sleeping giant that I have just tucked away, don't dwell a lot on, and wait for the one morning when I wake up to a roaring lion!

Ciao Taki...I am so glad you are back.
It makes IHUB so much more colourful and passionate again.
I certainly missed your comments, your energy & of course
your powerful DD to the community.

As per Versa is concerned, you confirmed
they are a clean shell and a private company
can easily merge into the public sector buying Versa.

The bolded info below is on buying shells.
You or others may already know of this.
It apparently is lucrative market to buy
a shell now a days and if Versa is as clean
as you say it is then we are up for a nice ride
buying low around here.

The price spread between Bulletin Board shells and Pink Sheets shells has decreased significantly, making Bulletin Board shells a great buy.
Average price parameters for a typical Bulletin Board shell in today's market are in the range of $300K-400K, nearly half of what they were recently selling for. Most notably, Pink Sheets shells were recently averaging as high as $250K, demonstrating the outstanding value now present for a Bulletin Board shell.
