-DKAM announced the LOI just like they did with Olifant.
-It is already up on Global's website.
-They disclosed Kingshott would be the new Chairman and PK would be CEO.
-E-Mail from Kingshott confirmed it is in the works and that DKAM will update everyone at the appropriate time.
-Nonbinding simply means there is no $$$ penalties to either party if it falls apart. No doubt both went into the talks willingly and hopeful for completion. It is a perfect fit and serves both agendas well.
-Sounds like its just a matter of putting the deal on paper and signing.
