No, it doesn't. This statement is patently false. This statement reflects a clear misunderstanding of the technology.
This statement can only be interpreted as a blatant attempt to mislead.

I post this for the benefit of our board's readers. I know the posters on this board are aware of the fallacy of this statement.

Indeed.

So between hot air and hot water the Waste Heat Engine has an almost infinite array of energizing sources. Sweet.;-)
