When I first spoke with Bill Jacobson several months ago one of the first questions I asked him was that if he would be directing the company to becoming fully reporting and his answer was yes. Therefore, I believe the "pink" listing is a good start.
I'm not sure I understand why their PO Box listings is so troubling for you. It looks like their first operational unit will be in Thailand. Using a PO Box and working out of a home office would seem to be the frugal way to be running a business there days. All you need is a desk, computer, phone and fax and your in business.
The fact that they have $1.6MM in capital equipment does not give you some hope for the future?
The fact that with all the good news coming out of NFI we have not seen any positive movement in SP has been a concern to me and I would expect other shareholders. So far, almost all the news we have seen has been organizational in its nature. Now that most of that is out of the way, I expect we will see more news relating to operations and this will have a positive effect on SP....Go ahead and give the mother-in-law a kiss anyway.
