Do you mean May 3rd? C'mon, do you really think ENCS will keep April 3rd as the judgement day??? They will wait another 3 weeks just like they did with releasing the financial info that they said would be provided March 1st.

If it follows in the footsteps of MODC, expect the news to be released on April 10...one week delay. Just look at the PR's on Yahoo for MODC. Was supposed to provide earnings release on March 16, but released it on March 23. Really aggravating!
