AW, while I agree with your post, I think what HGLC is doing is just drilling holes, so the process is simpler and cheaper. Now if they actually start mining, then your post applies. They are really disturbing any land with drill holes and when they do, they have posted a nominal bond ($7k) to ensure reclamation.

It is a few miles away from the Colorado river. This MEANS NO leech fields for the GOLD ore EVER NEVER EVER NEVER. All of these properties are surrounded by BLM/Fed land. If One doogooder shows up to a hearing and say the [Wicketee Bird etc} lives on this land. Your done, some special cactus? Some dessert flower? etc etc etc etc...For the Company to EVER make a Statement in a Press release that it intends to make the MB mine a PRODUCING mine in 2008 has TWO outcomes
1/ The Company KNOWS this is Clearly Deception of Truth because of ALL the MINING EXPERIENCE the Company States it has with executive mgt. 2/They are complete morons that should stick to selling used camera batterys on E-bay than operating a Exp mining Co.

Now to help Us ALL decide if it is Either 1 or 2, keep in Mind that The Chairman of the Company's Advisory Committee, Professor Wayne P Colliston has 30 plus years of experience in mining.
